IT IS NOT ABOUT ME
Whoever wants to deny himself and take up his own cross will reach the height of Christ.
WHO preaches a Gospel without sacrifice, will he be a true evangeliser? And very lightly I have to say that this type of preaching is adulterated and outside the line of teaching that Jesus Christ wants us to preach. Be careful, at no time do I wish to make an apology for a lifestyle of pilgrimage and other doctrinal actions promoted by the traditional Church. I am talking about the need to learn to die to myself, to charge into Jesus Christ and allow the Holy Spirit of God to act in my mentality and thus activate the Mind of Christ that is already in each one of us.
"GOING A LITTLE FURTHER, HE BROUGHT TO THE GROUND AND BEGAN TO PRAY THAT, IF POSSIBLE, HE WOULD NOT HAVE TO PASS THROUGH THAT TIME."
Mark 14. 35
Who likes trouble and hours of difficulty? And he could generalised and say that no human being in his entirety wants to be living this. So why are we shocked to learn that Jesus of Nazareth wanted to avoid the harrowing process prior to his sacrifice and death? In many cases we conjecture by considering that the ideal death would be not being aware of this fact. However in the case of Jesus Christ, he was prepared from the moment of his birth for this fact and as a suffering Messiah, he knew what he had to go through.
"HE SAID:" ABBA FATHER, EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE FOR YOU. DON'T MAKE ME DRINK THIS BITTER DRINK, BUT IT'S NOT WHAT I WANT, BUT WHAT YOU WANT."
Mark 14. 36
Do you know what that bitter drink is? The wrath of God for the accumulation of rudeness and abandonment on the part of the human being and all of humanity. Do you know that each of us was supposed to drink this bitter drink of God's wrath? However, Christ in a perfect sacrifice drank that cup for humanity and freed us from the evil coming from darkness so that today we can demonstrate the love of the Father, justification and acceptance through the Son Jesus Christ, the guidance and comfort of the Spirit Holy to the rest of humanity so that no soul is lost, but that the entire human race be saved and enjoy eternal salvation.
