CHRISTIAN DEVOTIONAL
FOR LOVE OF HIS NAME
If we do not put love before the things we do, we will be like simple metals.
EACH of us are the Bibles or New Testaments that each of the atheists will read. As much as we want to deny it, we are being observed by all those who do not believe in God, that is, we all have a specific calling and we must honor that call and of course, we must honor the one who called us. Jesus Christ is the image of priest and human being to follow or imitate. Similarly, when Saul of Tarsus encountered the Way, he imitated the Master. For this reason, in another letter he himself will recommend: Be therefore imitators of God as beloved children. And walk in love, as Christ also loved us, and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a fragrant odour.
"AND BY WHOM WE RECEIVE THE GRACE AND THE APOSTOLATE, FOR OBEDIENCE TO THE FAITH IN ALL THE NATIONS FOR THE LOVE OF HIS NAME;"

God's callings never come alone. God will never send us to war without first having trained us, without giving us the necessary provision and much less, without an adequate strategy for each moment. The Pastor Antonio Selma taught me: for what we are doing we are already trained, for what is to come, God himself will train us. God has given us a minimum, his love and the function of doing, that is: love and the apostolate. We must honour that God-given calling and gifts.

I can certify without fear: all Christians have a call to ministry. But, I also say that this does not mean that we are all pastors, evangelists, teachers, missionaries, or prophets. As in turn, we are all teachers, pastors, prophets, missionaries and evangelists. What are we waiting for to go out to evangelise? How many more tests do we need? Are we going to keep turning a deaf ear to the divine commands?
