WE ARE WHAT WE WORSHIP

WE LIVE in the middle of a liquidated society. The values ​​of yesteryear have been declassified and now we have another series of values ​​that increasingly isolate the human being from God. I do not pretend to say that all past times were better, but when we turn to see how the social injustices that saturate us, as well as the laws that are made are to favor some members of society and as more and more, those politicians who should be making laws that favor the people, they do it to enrich companies and corporations, we can understand why it was the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. What we cannot forget that we are adoring beings, therefore, our mentality will be moulded to everything that we adore.

“THERE IS NO WHO UNDERSTANDS. THERE IS NO ONE LOOKING FOR GOD."

Romans 3. 11

The Gospel of Christ corroborates our permanent need to seek God, but sincerely, with a style just as the Word of God says: But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth; because the Father also seeks such worshipers to be adored. God is Spirit; and those who adore him, in spirit and in truth it is necessary that they adore. Unfortunately, as this first verse was written almost two thousand years ago, it continues to show that society does not seek God and does not want to know anything about God. Therefore, more and more, we see how the lack of authentic social understanding is clearly visible in the midst of our society.

“EVERYONE WENT ASIDE, TO ONE THEY BECAME USELESS; THERE IS NO WHO DOES GOOD THINGS, THERE IS NOT EVEN ONE.”

Romans 3. 12

What else can I say, the Apostle Paul in his Gospel to the Church of Rome said it all, period. There comes a time in life when we must recognise that our negligence and apathy to seek God has a forceful response, we become useless, therefore, we stop living according to our purpose, we stop being what we should be. Our best option, to turn our hearts to God, because in the end, we are what we worship.
