CHRISTIAN DEVOTIONAL
WE WILL LIVE WITH HIM
The best way to live is clinging to the Mind of Christ.
Rabbi Jonathan Cahn in his Best Seller: The Book of Mysteries, presents us with a very different view of how to understand the Mind of Christ and how it helps us understand the long walk we must follow until we reach Eternity. The plot of this book is developed through a very deep conversation between a "Master" and a pupil, that is, a passerby of life. In this way, the pupil begins to discover and understand, through questions, different biblical passages and situations. This, in turn, allows him to develop concepts of the Kingdom of God that he was previously unaware of and thus assimilate them and put them into practice as a lifestyle.
“FOR HE THAT HAS DIED HAS BEEN JUSTIFIED FROM SIN.”
Romans 6.7
Jesus of Nazareth told us in the book of Luke: Then he said to the crowd: If any of you want to be my follower, he has to abandon his own way of life, take up his cross every day and follow me. In other words, he must change his way of thinking, acting and living. In other passages we have: She said: —No one, Lord. Jesus said to him, “Neither do I condemn you. Go and from now on sin no more. Once again, Jesus Christ invites a person to change his lifestyle. So the Gospel of Christ, described in the Gospel of Paul, reminds us of the need to change our mentality.
“AND IF WE DIE WITH CHRIST, WE BELIEVE THAT WE WILL ALSO LIVE WITH HIM;”
Romans 6.8
I am not saying that it is easy to change our way of acting and thinking, but it is much more difficult not to enjoy the full blessing that Jesus Christ offers us. Possibly, when we are in Heaven, we will discover a room full of unopened gifts just because we did not want to change our minds. Let us break with our own schemes and live with the Mind of Christ that is already in us.
God bless you.
