VERY UPHILL

If God asks us, it is because we can do it.

I CANNOT deny it, there are divine ordinances, very difficult to follow. For example, how can I do good to someone who is hurting me? How can I come to love my enemy? What do I have to do in front of those who are spitting in my face, turn around and say with all the love in the world: “God bless you”? And it is that these types of commandments are simply very difficult to follow. But what I do have clear and it is my desire to teach today is that if God asks us to do it, it is because he has already done it. Added to this testimony that God gives of himself, is that in all probability, it is because we can do it. God has enabled us to do it. Currently, I am beginning to have problems with a co-worker who is impatient with my level of English, but I am praying for him, that the peace that surpasses all understanding of Christ be upon him, so that he may give his heart to Christ. and we can work quietly.

“RATHER, IF YOUR ENEMY IS HUNGRY, FEED HIM; IF HE IS THIRST, GIVE HIM A DRINK. BY ACTING SO, YOU WILL MAKE HIM ASHAMED OF HIS BEHAVIOUR OF HIM.”

Romans 12.20

Let us pray together: Daddy God, there are human situations that are beyond me. But if you tell me that I can control myself and bless whoever is cursing me, I will. And if I do not have the strength to do it, increase my faith.

Learning to be tolerant and to bless our human adversaries is very difficult. Generally, it happens that the differences that we usually have with our neighbours are due to concepts which cause misunderstandings. The Gospel of Christ, when it makes a real manifestation in our lives, I say it because it is we who limit the power of the Gospel, it transforms our way of thinking and makes us begin to bless those who curse us and fill us with the love of God for to be able to bless you in every moment of our lives.

 

“DO NOT LET YOURSELF BE OVERCOME BY EVIL; ON THE CONTRARY, OVERCOME EVIL WITH GOOD.”

Romans 12.21

Let us pray together: Our God, in these moments we want to cry out to you for world peace. We pray for the countries that are at war right now like Ukraine, Jamaica, Syria, Palestine and many more. Heavenly Father, we bless these countries and we pray that they are conflicts be resolved favourably.

So, so that we do not have an uphill battle to bless those who curse us, doing good as God asks us to do, it happens by allowing the Mind of Christ to manifest in each one of us. This is the only way to do it. So we can bless at all times, despite the bad circumstances we are going through.
