HIS PROMISES

Hundreds of promises guarantee us.

GOD´S love for humanity is incalculable. So immense is the love of God for human beings that, he did not hesitate at any time, descending from heaven, becoming the person of Jesus of Nazareth, he gave everything to save humanity. Added to all this, God himself left from the dawn of humanity, his promises to protect us and thus, we always had the opportunity to remain in his presence. In the Old Testament, we find hundreds of divine promises that were fulfilled in Jesus of Nazareth. In the same way, in the New Testament, we have many promises that are fulfilled in each of those who give their lives to Christ. In this way, his greatest promise, the indwelling of God in the human being through his Holy Spirit, was fulfilled at Pentecost. Today, we live all those messianic promises by believing in Jesus of Nazareth. We don't have to wait anymore. We can now live as little Christ because of everything that Jesus of Nazareth did for each one of us.

   

"BUT GOD RAISED HIM UP, FREEING HIM FROM THE PAIN OF DEATH BECAUSE DEATH COULD NOT HAVE DOMINATED HIM."

Acts 2.24

Let us pray together: Jesus Christ thank you so much for everything you do for me. Thank you so much for giving me your Holy Spirit. Thank you very much because you are transforming my way of being through your Mind.

Normally, we tend to be afraid of death. Contrary to this, we should consider death as a process of life itself, because if death cannot hold Jesus of Nazareth, why should we fear death? In that same lane, we should understand that death was defeated by God himself by reversing the process that it produces in the human being. Therefore, seeing the fulfilment of the Davidic promises in his descendant Jesus Christ from him, we can be confident that God's promises continue to be fulfilled today because his Holy Spirit dwells in our being.

 

“KING DAVID, REFERRING TO JESUS, SAID: I ALWAYS SEE THE LORD BEFORE ME; WITH HIM AT MY RIGHT, NOTHING WILL MAKE ME FALL. THAT IS WHY MY HEART IS JOYFUL, AND MY TONGUE SINGS FULL OF JOY. MY WHOLE BEING WILL LIVE CONFIDENTLY BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT LEAVE ME IN THE TOMB NOR WILL YOU ALLOW THE BODY OF YOUR HOLY SERVANT TO DECOMPOSITE. YOU SHOWED ME THE PATH OF LIFE, AND YOU WILL FILL ME WITH JOY WITH YOUR PRESENCE OF HIM."

Acts 2.25-28

Let us pray together: Dear God, thank you for each of your promises. Blessed God, thank you for dwelling in me and guiding me daily to do your holy and perfect will. I tell you in the Name of Jesus Christ, amen.

Let us, therefore, be calm and confident because all the promises of God have already been fulfilled in Jesus of Nazareth and if any are missing, God himself will fulfil them. For our part, we must always seek the will of God and live according to a lifestyle where everything we do is in favour of his purposes in glory, extending the Kingdom of Heaven among all humanity.
