    I NEVER thought that what they predicted would come true. In the 1990s I heard that the time would come when we would not be able to speak openly about the gospel, in the same way, in the near future, Christians would have to be hidden because trends and ideologies would dominate society. On several occasions, I heard it, but I did not pay attention to it, I simply considered that things were mere speculation and gossip typical of Christianity. The fact is that, two or three decades later, I come across the reality that more and more, we are unable to proclaim the gospel of Christ in the streets and public spaces. In the same way, some ideological issues cannot be discussed openly, because the gag law is immediately applied to us and we can even go to jail. However, all this was previously announced by Jesus when he said: If the world hates you, know that it hated me before it hated you; But they will do all this to you because of my name because they do not know the one who sent me; He who hates me hates my Father also, Jn. 15, 18; 21; 23

Let us pray together: Father God, I am afraid that at the moment of the persecution crisis, I am going to fail. Heavenly Father, if I do, give me strength and help me demonstrate that it is Christ acting in me. And if I don't fail you, increase my faith to endure everything that comes before me.

This will get worse, and the problem is that we don't see the restrictions coming directly, but the persecution is already on its way against us. When the apostle's Peter and John healed this man in the Temple, they knew they were trespassing on fertile ground, or rather, they were trespassing on soil that had previously been a breeding ground against Jesus Christ and that led him to death. Cross. Now these two disciples of Christ are surrounded by the clergymen of the time. In the same way, every time we speak of the truth of the gospel of Christ where we manifest the love of Heavenly Father, we will have many people around us to make us fear; If they do not manage to frighten us, they will not hesitate to go to the next level and execute the laws to try to stop the truths from the extension of the kingdom of Heaven.
