WE CAN'T DENY IT

Our facts speak more than our speeches.

    ALL Christians should be walking Bibles for the rest of society. It is surprising the bad reputation that the church of Christ has thanks to the daily events that happen in the lives of Christians and that leave much to be desired. These days I read a very curious case that occurred in the United States: a congregation began to pray to God for the closure of a nightclub in their neighbourhood. One night, lightning struck the premises causing a fire. The owner of the bar found out about this prayer chain and sued the church and the pastor for causing such misfortune in his life. In the trial, the Judge found himself in a totally aberrational situation, since the pastor denied the power of prayer and had the owner of the premises (supposedly agnostic) saying that the prayer of the pastor and the church had caused his financial misfortune. In the same way, many leaders (some self-imposed but not those who have truly been called by God to bring the power of His Gospel to the nations) are tearing apart churches, the lives of their families and their ex-wives. and/or ex-partners, because just like this pastor, they make their lifestyles totally inconsistent, so much so that, instead of bringing blessings, they bring curses not only for their lives but for all those who are seduced by their charms and grandiloquent empty speeches, well, this type of people have nothing to give, because as the scripture itself says: Because from the heart of the human being come evil thoughts, homicides, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false testimonials, blasphemies. These things are what contaminate the individual, Mt. 15, 19-21.

“FURTHERMORE, SINCE THEY SAW THE MAN WHO HAD BEEN HEALED WAS ACCOMPANYING THEM, THEY HAD NOTHING TO CLAIM.”

Let us pray together: Heavenly Father, here I am before your presence, acknowledging my wickedness and how sinful I am. My God, if it weren't for Jesus Christ acting in me, I don't know what he would be of me, I don't even know who he would be today. But you, oh my God, covered me in your grace and love, therefore, I beg you for the love you have for me through your Son Jesus Christ, allow me to be a whole person and with a single personality, so much so that, the people around me, see Jesus of Nazareth instead of seeing my face and the evil that dwells in me.

Our events scream what we really are and, as I wrote in the previous study, the events that take place at home, with families, with parents, with partners, should be so good and firm that they themselves can say: "This person is having such an encounter with God that I want that same treatment", but, contrary to this, it is now observed that young people are more rebellious than previous generations, the lack of respect for the authorities imposed by God, are passed by high by the pastors and leaders under the pseudo phrase "this is for the Kingdom of Heaven", therefore, evangelisation campaigns are mounted without the pertinent permits. We have pastors and leaders who mistreat their wives and children; The case of a famous media pastor who divorced her husband (also her pastor) for the physical and emotional abuse that he gave her resounds through social networks. Finally, because otherwise, the list would be endless, today it is known that leaders leave their children alone to go on a campaign to supposedly extend the Kingdom of Heaven, without knowing or understanding that the curse they are bringing on the life of their children, will be so costly that they will very possibly cause a new generation to arise that rejects the Gospel and does not want to know the true God who is full of love, mercy and goodness for human beings.

“SO THEY ORDERED THEM TO WITHDRAW THE COUNCIL, AND THEY BEGAN TO DELIBERATE AMONG THEMSELVES: WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO WITH THESE SUBJECTS? IT IS A FACT THAT AN EVIDENT MIRACLE HAS HAPPENED THROUGH THEM; EVERYONE WHO LIVES IN JERUSALEM KNOWS IT, AND WE CANNOT DENY IT.”

Let us pray together: Jesus of Nazareth, with fear and trembling I write this study because the first to fall the stones of what I am writing is me. With a cry of despair, I tell you once again: HELP ME. My God, what a mistake and horror of what I have done until today, but, I cannot continue sinning, HELP ME, HELP ME, HELP ME to reach your stature and be a true witness of yours.

The apostles Peter and John could have lost their hair for provoking the crowds, knowing that the Hebrew authorities had imposed a "not to speak in the Name of Jesus of Nazareth" order, but they had an authentic divine call and their words had power and authority because they were people of integrity. Pedro characterised himself as an explosive person just like I am, but, once he met Jesus of Nazareth, he tried to do everything for God (history will show us later that he had to be confronted by Paul for being hypocritical with his acts). On the other hand, John, the apostle of love, was known in another era as one of the sons of lightning: James and John, sons of Zebedee, and whom he called Boanerges, which means sons of thunder, Mr. 3: 16. In Greek “Boanerges”, translated is: “sons of anger, sons of thunder”, or sons of wrath”. All because a population did not want to hear the Gospel, they, that is, James and John asked Jesus: When his disciples James and John saw what had happened, they said to Jesus: Lord, allow us to pray for fire to fall from heaven and destroy all who live here, Lc. 9-53. This is what many leaders and pastors are doing with their bad examples, testimonies and aberrational lifestyles: “They send lightning and curse fire for their lives and those of their families for not being whole people. For this reason, I want to end this study with the same words with which I ended my previous essay: God supports the upright with eternal fruits since many manipulative religious hypocrites will be able to reap earthly triumphs, but those triumphs, quite possibly, will not They will pierce the walls of your selfish and megalomaniac heart. Please let's take care of this kind of people.
